Politically-Connected Patrolman Not Tested for DUI Following Crash

West Palm Beach Florida Patrolman Art Bullard is politically connected. The 32-year-old officer is the son of the Mayor’s Executive Assistant and is supposed to be promoted to Sergeant within a couple of weeks. Bullard, however, drove through multiple neighbors’ front yards and crashed into 4 vehicles after attempting to return home from an alleged bachelor party. Bullard was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and careless driving.
