Illegal Immigrant Kills Nun In Drunk Driving Accident

Carlos Martinelly Montano is a 23-year-old illegal immigrant from Bolivia. Montano is now facing deportation following a drunk driving accident in which he struck a car carrying three nuns. The accident killed one of the nuns and critically injured the other two. The accident happened in a Virginia suburb of Washington, D.C.
