A New York man charged with Felony DUI appeared in court with a brown bag. And in that brown bag was yes, a bunch of beer. Apparently the defendant showed up intoxicated carrying a sack full of suds. The Judge revoked his bond and place the man in custody.
As reported by the local media the defendant admitted to the judge he liked a , “liquid lunch.” The Judge furthered allowed the defense attorney to withdraw for the failure of his client to cooperate.
