The NHTSA DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course is the training program that all Mississippi DUI officers are required to complete. Not only has Curt Crowley completed this same training, he is also now qualified as an Instructor in this course. Crowley is the only DUI lawyer in the entire State of Mississippi to hold this qualification.
The DUI lawyers at Crowley & Ray are the only lawyers on the Gulf Coast to have completed the NHTSA DUI course. This training means that we know how Mississippi DUI officers are supposed to give field sobriety tests and make DUI arrests. More importantly, it means that we know when the officers make mistakes. This knowledge enables us to identify errors and attack the evidence against our clients. There is no substitute for this training, and can be the difference between a conviction, and being found Not Guilty.
