Another Example of Virginia Breathalyzer Reporting False Positive

Harrisonburg Virginia police arrested a driver for DUI following a single-car accident in July, 2008. The woman was then taken to Rockingham County Sheriff’s office where she was to submit to a breathalyzer test. The machine used to test her blood alcohol level (BAC) was the Intoxilyzer 5000.
