Virginia’s Unreasonable Refusal DUI Law

Whether you are aware of Virginia’s Implied Consent Law or not, this law applies to anyone who drives on Virginia roads. Virginia’s Unreasonable Refusal law refers to when someone refuses to submit to such a test after their DUI arrest.
