Horry County Assistant Solciitor charged with DUI

An Horry County Assistant Solicitor was charged with DUI early this morning. I know this attorney and I am absolutely not trying to rub it in his face – but it is a reminder that this could happen to anyone. Cops, prosecutors, defense lawyers, priests, or politicians – DUI is a crime that anyone can be accused of. This guy was an assistant solicitor for over ten years and, although I never tried a case with him, by all accounts he is a good attorney and a good person. I wish him luck and hope that he lands on his feet.
